About Steve

Hey — I’m Steve

II’m a licensed clinical nutritionist, and I help people take back control of their health — whether that means reversing prediabetes, healing chronic digestive issues, or improving energy and performance.

My approach is rooted in functional nutrition and guided by what actually works in real life. I combine advanced lab testing, clinical insight, and years of experience in the fitness world to help you uncover what’s really going on in your body, and build a plan that works with it, not against it.

Because here’s the truth: there’s no one-size-fits-all diet. The real question is: what kind of nutrition and movement actually makes sense for you, your goals, and your life?

Why I Do This Work

Health has always been personal to me. My mom was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes when she was a teen, before home glucose monitors even existed. But through decades of smart nutrition and consistent movement, she’s managed her condition with strength and resilience. Watching her, in part, taught me early on how powerful food and lifestyle can be, not just for managing disease, but for building real, lasting health.

I started my career as a personal trainer in 2015 and saw how targeted changes could dramatically shift things like blood sugar, blood pressure, weight, and energy. But I also saw that not everyone responded the same way.

That’s when it clicked: real healing doesn’t come from surface-level fixes, it comes from understanding why the body is struggling in the first place.

That’s the work I do now. Helping people get answers, take action, and feel like themselves again.
